Rariw Open Heart Fairview Support Community Based Organization is a Christian group that was established several years ago as a self-help collective by Opiyo Zablone Opiyo. Over the years, the organization has seen significant growth and subsequently, in the year 2021, it formalized its status by becoming a registered Community Based Organization.
Rariw is committed to collaborating with communities, churches, families, children, widows, youths, and well-wishers to fulfill its mission of providing education, counseling, nutritional support, and spiritual guidance to underprivileged families. This encompasses spiritual education aimed at mitigating the risks of physical, emotional, and socio-cultural abuse, as well as HIV/AIDS. These efforts are undertaken with the aim of enabling families to lead lives of dignity in alignment with the intended purpose set forth by divine principles.
Guided by the values of compassion, empathy, and unity, Rariw strives to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to create a nurturing environment where every individual, irrespective of their circumstances, finds the support they need to flourish. Founded by a group of Christian youths from Kanyabala in Homa-Bay, Kenya, Rariw emerged as a self-help group several years ago, driven by a shared vision to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the underserved.
What started as a small group of dedicated individuals evolved into a beacon of hope for families facing various challenges. Over the years, Rariw's members recognized the need for a structured approach to extend their reach and effectiveness. In 2021, a pivotal milestone was achieved as Rariw was officially registered as a Community Based Organization (CBO), solidifying its dedication to formalizing its operations and expanding its scope of influence.
